Istanbul physician shares his experience
For nearly 30 years, Dr. Nazmi Ilker from Istanbul has turned to Cleveland Clinic for professional development as a urologist. With his first visit in 1988 he stayed several months to gain the skills needed to open a kidney transplant center at his home organization and is grateful for this shared knowledge.

As he gained more responsibility, he was asked to take on a leadership role in the organization. This year, he chose to build on his knowledge, and he sought a transformational leadership program that would give him insight about how to inspire others to attain extraordinary results.
