Learning at Cleveland Clinic: From Urology to Leadership Development (Video)

For nearly 30 years, Dr. Nazmi Ilker from Istanbul has turned to Cleveland Clinic for professional development as a urologist. With his first visit in 1988 he stayed several months to gain the skills needed to open a kidney transplant center at his home organization and is grateful for this shared knowledge.

As he gained more responsibility, he was asked to take on a leadership role in the organization. This year, he chose to build on his knowledge, and he sought a transformational leadership program that would give him insight about how to inspire others to attain extraordinary results. He discovered that once again Cleveland Clinic was able to support him in this journey with Samson Global Leadership Academy.
