From Innovation to Enhancements in Technique, Cleveland Clinic is Advancing the World of Wound Care

Cleveland Clinic’s Wound Ostomy Continence (WOC) Nursing Education Symposium, being held April 10, 2015, in downtown Cleveland, is a full-day event featuring didactic lectures and presentations from leading wound care experts on various WOC-related topics.

The symposium is hosted by Cleveland Clinic’s WOC nursing education program, which is part of the health system’s prestigious R.B. Turnbull, Jr., MD, School of WOC Nursing, established in 1958 as the first WOC school in the world.

Stricker, MSN, RN, CWOCN, director of WOC nursing education for the Cleveland Clinic health system. “This educational event is designed to showcase and focus on the many innovative developments and techniques that are out there in the world of wound care.”
