Sones award honoree advancing knowledge in leukemia, bone marrow failure syndromes
Jaroslaw (Jarek) Maciejewski, MD, PhD, was presented with the F. Mason Sones, MD, Innovation Award, which honors the spirit of Dr. Sones, a cardiovascular researcher at Cleveland Clinic whose seminal discoveries led to better patient care. Dr. Maciejewski was honored for his groundbreaking genomic discoveries related to leukemia and contributions to cancer precision medicine.
